I'm a fan/viewer of yours from your youtube channel. I find you to be both informative and witty. I have a question for you Eli. I'm scared. I've been in this feild for about 10 plus years, and I've been at the same or almost the same level. Why? I've been scared to fail. I've gone for positions that would require me to do more " Engineering" I didn't get it. The real reason is that I'm scared to fail. I've been fired more than 3 times from various positions. I always looked at it as a training experience. I was thinking maybe I"m going for the wrong positions. then reality hit me I'm scared Eli. do you have any advice? I'm kissing 49 and I'm too old to be stuck.
